Slide Rail Ground Release Shackle

This robust post and corner lifting shackle was designed and developed by NTS (UK) and Dawson Construction Plant over many years of site research. The use of these shackles compliments the “Feet on the Ground” approach, allowing Slide Rail Posts & Corners to be pitched safely without the need to work at height. 

The Shackle is manufactured from high quality material and assembled in a manner designed to offer long service with a minimum of maintenance.

Each unit is issued with a test certificate.

This is a robust, yet easily handleable QRS, and is available for either Hire or Sale. 

FEATURES

• Robust High Strength cast steel body. High alloy steel plunger.
• The plunger mechanism is concealed, for maximum protection.
• The plunger mechanism is easily detachable for maintenance.
• The lifting ring at the top of shackle, enables lifting from a variety of angles. Proof loaded to twice the safe working load.
• An indicator bar, to give clear visual indication, that the plunger has engaged correctly.
• Quick coupling and release of the shackle from slide rail corners.
• ‘Safety ring’ to protect against accidental plunger release, caused by poor working practices.
